Program commemorating the fifth anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks will include remarks by U.S. Representatives Major Owens, Maxine Waters, and Lynn Woolsey, amongst others, as well as tribute performances by The Brooklyn Women's Chorus, actor Geoffrey Owens, and others.
